Pediatric Cardiology Billing
Please call our office as far in advance as possible to schedule your appointments. This will make it easier to choose times that are most convenient for you and your family. PCCO schedulers can be reached at (503) 280-3418. Please have your insurance card available when you call. We will ask for your insurance information upon registering your child for an appointment. If you require a referral for your insurance this information must be received in our office prior to scheduling an appointment. If we do not have one it is up to you to gather the information (i.e. referral authorization number) in order to schedule.

We offer flexibility of a personal check, cash, money orders, and most major credit cards as method of payment.
Bring Your Insurance Card to Every Appointment
Please bring your insurance card with you to each appointment. We are happy to bill your current insurance and we will confirm this information at each visit. We need your current insurance card to verify identification numbers and the claims mailing address to avoid delays in payment.
Knowing Your Health Insurance Plan
While we are contracted with most insurance plans, it is important that you check with your insurance plan to ensure we are a contracted provider prior to the scheduled appointment.
Know if your plan has a provider network and that our clinic is participating in your network; a clinics acceptance of your insurance card is not a guarantee that your plan covers care the clinic.
Contact your insurance company directly if you are unsure of your benefits; the contact information should be listed on the insurance card that is distributed to you, and it is usually on the backside of the card.
Pediatric Cardiology Center of Oregon files insurance claims for patients as a courtesy with the understanding that the patient/guardian has full responsibility for payment of the bill.
If you do not have insurance
If you do not currently have insurance but would still like to seek care at our facility, we will gladly work with you on payment arrangements. Please contact our billing office prior to scheduling an appointment at 1(866)622-2455 or (360)667-3045 to discuss payment arrangement options.
If your account is not paid in accordance with our guidelines, it is subject to review for placement with our collection agency or further legal action.
