I cannot say enough positive about our experience here. From the initial intake call to the nurse to the doctor, the care was top-notch. I called with a sense of urgency to make an appointment for my son, and the scheduling person was so kind, patient, understanding, and thorough. She actually took the time to locate my son's electronic records while on the phone with me in order to make the appointment. We saw Dr. Alicia Floyd, who each of my family members agreed was phenomenal. Great beside manner, great sense of humor for our teen son, thorough, intelligent, and kind. She took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel like a burden. We felt our son was in the best care. Highly recommend her!
